We find ourselves at The Whiteside Theatre in downtown Corvallis Oregon. There is a rumor that the Women’s Room is actually a Women’s Lounge, replete with writing desks, and ventilation for those ladies who want to smoke privately, in public. :0 At least, that was a way around the rule for women – No Smoking or Drinking or Swearing in Public – in the 20s when the Whiteside first opened!
